With In-Home Personal Training, you'll be able to get a great workout and save time without having to leave the comfort of your home. We will bring all the necessary exercise equipment to you. You'll be using a wide variety of exercise equipment such as dumbbells, balance balls, resistance bands, and more. We also offer Corporate Business Training at discounted rates. Where are you located?

Boot Camps are currently located at Ocean Air Recreation Center and Carmel Valley Recreation Center in San Diego.

Personal Training and Semi-Private training sessions are conducted at a convenient location for you.

What if I am not very fit?

Our personal training programs and boot camps are perfect for people of all different fitness levels. We will meet with you one-on-one to discuss your individual fitness goals and design a custom workout program that is tailored to you. So whether you are a beginner or an advanced fitness enthusiast we can put you on the fast track to accomplishing your fitness goals.

What type of exercises will I be doing?

Resistance training and cardiovascular exercise such as Running (short distances), Push-ups, Sprints, Lunges, Jumping Jacks, Jump Rope, Mat Work, Weight Training, Stability Ball/Medicine Ball Training, Stretching, Cone Drills, Obstacle Courses, and whatever else it takes to distract you from the fact that you're getting a great workout! Every session will be a completely different workout, never predictable, never boring and always FUN!

What do I need to do if I miss a session?

We understand that unpredictable situations can arise, but we do require 24 hour notice to cancel appointments. If notice is not given you can be charged for the session at the trainer's discretion. Individual circumstances will play a role in trainer's decision to charge cancellation fee.

What do I need to bring?

A water bottle, a towel, and YOURSELF!  We will provide the rest ☺

How long will it be until I see results?

You will see general performance improvements in as little as a few boot camp sessions. Within a week of participating in an HMS Fitness Program, you will feel stronger, healthier, more energetic, and more self-confident. Most of our boot campers lose weight, inches, and body fat percentage within the first four weeks of boot camp. But keep in mind that, everyone is different. Your own results will depend upon your current fitness level, your fitness goals, as well as your commitment to both the exercise and nutrition components of the boot camp program.
